On April 25, 2008 our cooking school in Tuscany inaugurated our brand new kitchen - a professionally equipped culinary space dedicated to cooking courses on Tuscan dishes and much more. This magnificent kitchen is the product of many months of work under Seamus’ and Patrizia’s direction whose goal was to create a warm and functional space for cooking lessons.

Our inaugural course was held for a special Mother/Daughter group brought to us by our good friends Terry and Debra - the owners of Terenzio Tours.

This inaugural cooking course focused on many Chianti Kitchen classics:

Antipasti: black Tuscan crostini, fried sage leaves, pecorino and walnut salad with fava beans, crispy prosciutto salad
Primi: risotto with asparagus, fresh tagliatelle with truffles
Secondi: roast rack of lamb, duck with orange sauce, pheasant stuffed with sangiovese grapes.
Dolci: Seamus' tiramisu
