For years Chianti Kitchen, the Tuscan School of Cooking, and Chef Seamus have been presenting culinary creations at important charity events in the US.

Chicago Signature Chefs Auction
As in many past years, in 2008 Chef Seamus Participated at the Signature Chefs Auction organized by the March of Dimes Illinois Charter on Nov. 10, 2008. In the afternoon Chianti Kitchen presented an authentic Tuscan recipe: fusilli with duck sauce. And for the evening charity auction Chianti Kitchen contributed several culinary courses and gourmet experiences.

Meals from the Masters
This event is organized for Meals on Wheels of Delaware whose funding and volunteers provide meals to eligible seniors. At the Celebrity Chefs' Brunch, the highlight of the event, Seamus presents his favorite recipes.

New World Wine & Food Festival

This premier event offers a colorful mosaic of flavors presented by top international chefs and wine makers. The profits of the festival are given to Child Advocates of San Antonio and Center for Foods of the Americas.
